The Lakes of Emerald Hills is an incredible neighborhood of under 200 homes that sits just north of TY Park.  The homes here are a little larger than the typical Hollywood home, ranging from 2500 to 5000+ square feet, with most lots being over 10,000 square feet.  This quiet family friendly community has only one entrance, which makes for very little traffic, and also has multiple dog parks, and a children's park.  Having quick access to 95, shopping at Oakwood Plaza and the new Dania Point Mall, as well as the airport and medical facilities being so close, makes it a fantastic location to live.
